Circuit Picture of the Phillips NE564N Phased Locked Loop Chip @Zeptobars

Zeptobars has posted a “die-shot” photograph of the Phillips NE564N integrated circuit chip.

The NE564N was an early and widely used chip to create phase locked loops for radio frequency applications, up to 50 MHz which was quite high for the time compared to the contemporary CD4046 chip.
