Batman: The Animated Series: lost episode via Sega CD #Batman #Sega #VintageComputing #LostEpisode

We all can’t dig in a New Mexico landfill for vintage cartridges but we can keep our eyes out for something overlooked.
Mark Hamill, the actor who famously voiced the Joker in Batman: The Animated Series confirms the cast did voice a script which didn’t air as part of the series. but rather that was tied into a Sega CD console game “Adventures of Batman and Robin”!
Reported via Twitter, the Sci Fi Museum says:
The “Lost” Batman Animated episode created for Sega CD!
Written By @Paul_Dini Directed by Bruce Timm, voiced by the original actors including @HamillHimself ! A crying shame WB hasn’t re-released this with full animation and Shirley Walker’s score…
With Hamill replying:
“Yowza Yowza, Ladies & Germs!”- A “LOST” BATMAN EPISODE I remember recording for this project, but I never owned a Sega game console, so this is the 1st time I’ve seen this footage. Joker comes in around 8:15 & features the only time I ever referred to Bats as “Guano”!🤡😂🦇
