Show and Tell: Josie’s Recess Robots #ShowAndTell #Adafruit @Adafruit

On the Adafruit Show and Tell program last night,  Josie demonstrating some wonderful projects:

First off, in video above, are version one and two of her recess robot. Like all great experimenters, she built a version one, saw where it could be made better, and built a version two. Both feature Adafruit controllers in her own decorated case. Her mom says:

She is really having fun making her little “show” and makecode and the CPX are the keys to her success!  For instance, she never would have started the recess robot if she couldn’t have started in makecode with the CPX.  She was able to move to the Flora and Arduino programming when she saw that she really needed to to make the robot differently and not have her teacher hold the box out the window.  Thank you so much.

We also received a link to another project by Josie – a capacitive touch musical instrument she built using various fruits and other items. Then we are treated to her rendition of Mary had a Little Lamb.
