Assembly of Macropad Prototype

We’re back to working day-shifts in the office, which means access to our mega-oven for prototypes. We loved ya, lil reflow plate, but for bigger protos like this an oven really does a great job. We’re pasting the components by with a syringe, then hand placing the parts for two protos. After a trip through the oven, we do a little hand-cleanup of bridged pads and then it’s time to bring up the board! – video.
